几种特殊因素对影像学检查质量的影响

目的：探讨影像学检查中几种特殊因素对检查质量及临床诊断的影响,以减少差错。方法：对6例特殊情况对诊断结果的影响进行分析。结果：特殊情况对影像学检查质量及临床诊断有很大的影响作用。结论：影像学检查时应尽量避免不利因素的干扰,检查前应主动与临床医师沟通并叮嘱患者在检查中的配合事宜。

Effects of Several Special Factors on Imageology Examination

Objective To discuss the effects that several special factors have on examination and clinical diagnosis in order to minimize relative errors. Methods The effects to diagnosis were analyzed by means of six special cases. Results Special factors had great effect on imageology examination quality and clinical diagnosis. Conclusion The effects should be avoided while making imageology examination and before checking patients communication with doctors has to be performed for better cooperation in the examination.
