脉搏血氧饱和度监测在院前急救中的应用价值

目的：探讨脉搏血氧饱和度（SpO2）监测在院前急救中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2008-05—2010-02某科院前急救过程中救治的38例缺氧患者,应用SpO2监测指导氧疗及吸痰等救治措施。结果：轻、中度缺氧患者经积极治疗后,缺氧状态均得到有效缓解;6例重度缺氧患者中有2例缺氧状态得到缓解,4例患者因基础疾病危重而死亡;均无意外死亡病例。结论：在院前急救过程中,SpO2监测能即时反映患者缺氧情况,较好反映PaO2的变化。

Application Value of Pulse Oxygen Saturation Monitoring in First Aid before Hospitalization

Objective To explore the application value of the pulse oxygen saturation （SpO2） monitoring in first aid before hospitalization. Methods 38 anoxia patients that received first aids before hospitalization from May 2008 to February 2010 were analyzed, who were treated with such measures like oxygen therapy and sputum suctioning according to the SpO2 monitoring. Results Mild and moderate anoxia patients alleviated hypoxia after treatment; 2 of 6 severe anoxia patients alleviated to some extent and 4 of which died due to severe underlying diseases; no cases of accidental death. Conclusion SpO2 monitoring can reflect real-time hypoxia of patients in first aid before hospitalization, which reveals the changes of PaO2 in a better way.
