| 摘 要： | 一些医院把医学伦理继续教育等同于医德医风教育，使得这种教育活动无法回应医疗服务市场取向背景下的伦理诉求和医务人员医疗伦理决策意识与人格形成的需要。医院医学伦理继续教育的切入路径应以伦理认知、规则伦理、美德伦理、服务伦理、交际伦理和契约伦理教育为导向。
