五年剖宫产手术指征变化的因素分析

目的探讨剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化,寻找降低剖宫产率的可行措施。方法通过对佛山市顺德区住教医院近5年所有剖宫产病例的主要手术指征的构成比及主要顺位的变化进行回顾性分析,研究剖宫产指征的变迁。结果5年来剖宫产率虽无明显下降或上升,但剖宫产主要手术指征排序顺位有了明显变化,社会因素逐渐上升成为手术指征第一位。结论现今剖宫产手术指征已超过单纯医学指征的范围,医师、孕妇及家属的主观意愿拟定了剖宫产率。

Analysis of the Factors Affecting Changes in Indications for Cesarean Section in Five Years

Objective To investigate the frequency of cesarean section and changes in indications of cesarean section and find measures that may reduce the incidents of cesarean section. Methods The constituent ratio of the primary surgery indications of cesarean section and, main cisposition changes of all the cases of cesarean section in the recent five years in lunjiao hospital of shunde district of foshan, were retrospectively analyzed to study changes in the indications of cesarean section. Results Over the past five years, the incidents of cesarean section were not significantly decreased nor increased, but the sequences of primary surgery indications of cesarean section changed significantly, social factors was gradually increased to take the first place of indications of the surgery. Conclusion The present indications of cesarean section have been more than simply the indication of the scope of medicine, and the frequency of the cesarean section is determinted by the subjective will of medical doctors, pregnant women and thcir families.
