| 摘 要： | 目的研究宫颈癌患者HPV感染亚型与血清CRP水平。方法收集单-HPV感染的89例宫颈癌患者，分析HPV的基因型并测定血清CRP水平，进-步分析HPV感染亚型和CRP水平的关系。结果宫颈癌患者中HPV感染的基因亚型有：HPV-18，-16，-59，-31，-53，-39，-45，-33，-51，-52，-58，-11。此外血清CRP水平较高的HPV基因型为H18〉H16〉H59〉H31〉H53。结论宫颈癌患者中HPV感染的基因亚型有：HPV-18，-16，-59，-31，-53，-39，-45，-33，-51，-52，-58，-11。此外CRP和宫颈癌相关，且可能和HPV感染基因型危险性相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the HPV genotype and the CRP serum levels in cervical cancer. Methods Analysis of the HPV genotype and detection of the CRP serum levels for 89 cervical cancer patients. Results HPV- 18 ,-16 ,-59 ,-31 ,-53 ,-39 ,-45 ,-33 ,-51 ,-52 ,-58 ,and-ll infections were observed in cervical cancers. The serum CRP levels in different HPV genotype infection were H18〉H16〉H59〉H31〉H53. Conclusion HPV-18,-16,-59,- 31,-53 ,-39 ,-45 ,-33 ,-51,-52 ,-58 , and-11 infections were observed in cervical cancers. Higher CRP levels were observed in cervical cancers and may be associated with the risk. |
