彩色多普勒超声诊断单纯性附件扭转的价值

摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(彩超)诊断单纯性附件扭转的临床价值。方法回顾性分析临床手术证实为单纯性附件扭转的20例患者的彩超声像图表现。结果彩超诊断单纯性附件扭转的准确率为70%(14/20)。14例卵巢明显增大,可见显著的卵巢周围滤泡;12例可探及卵巢一侧扭转蒂部(血管蒂)形成的不均质中等回声或增强回声团块,卵巢内及蒂部无血流信号。结论彩超对单纯性附件扭转有诊断价值,提高对附件扭转的临床特点及声像图特征的认识是正确诊断本病的关键。

Abstract:Objective To explore color doppler sonography (ultrasonography)diagnosis of simple adnexal torsion clinical value. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical surgery confirmed by color doppler sonographic appearance of the 20 patients with simple adnexal torsion. Results Accurately diagnosed by color doppler sonography simple adnexal torsion was 70% (14/20). About 14 cases, ovarian significantly increased, showing significant ovarian follicles;12 cases could be detected for ovarian side of the torsion the pedicle(vascular pedicle)not homogeneous medium echo or enhanced echogenic mass, ovarian pedicle blood stream signal. Conclusion Color doppler sonography simple accessories have diagnostic value. The clinical features and sonographic features of torsion of appendix awareness is the key to a correct diagnosis of the disease.
