挑刺挤压法治疗颜面痤疮150例临床观察

目的观察挑刺挤压法治疗颜面痤疮的临床疗效，并与采用传统粉刺挤压法治疗进行对比观察。方法将300例痤疮患者随机分为对治疗组与对照组，每组150例。严重程度为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，皮损主要以白头或黑头粉刺为主。脓疱性、结节性、囊肿性痤疮者不在本治法选择之列。治疗组采用挑刺针挑刺后进行挤压治疗，对照组采用普通粉刺针进行针刺后挤压治疗。两组均为每周治疗1次，连续3周，治疗期间无需其他任何治疗措施。3个月后观察疗效。结果治疗组与对照组治愈率分别为50．6％和21．3％，总愈显率分别为89．3％和60％，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论挑刺挤压法治疗严重程度为Ⅰ-Ⅱ级的颜面痤疮，疗效明显优于普通粉刺针挤压治疗，而且操作简单，利于推广。

Clinical Observation of 150 Cases of Face Acne Treated with Pricking and Squeezing Therapy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on face ache treated with pricking and squee- zing therapy and make the comparison with the common squeezing therapy. Methods Three hundred cases of ache were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 150 cases in each one. The cases were Ⅰ - II degreein severity and the skin lesion was the whitehead or blackhead. Pustular, nodular and cystic ache was not included in the treatment. In the treatment group,the squeezing therapy was applied afterpricking with pricking needle. In the control group, the common ache needle was used for squeezing after acupuncture. The treatment was given once a week, for 3 weeks continuously. No any othertherapeutic measure was done during treatment. The efficacy was observed in 3 months. Results The curative rates were 50.6% and 21.3% in the treatment group and the control group respectively and the total curative and effective rate were 89.3% and 60% respectively. The differences were significant in comparison between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The pricking and squeezing therapy achieves the superior efficacy on face ache of Ⅰ - II degree in severity compared with the common squeezing therapy. This therapy is simple in operation and easy to be promoted.
