| 摘 要： | 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗能够有效防止左室重构 ,改善左室功能 ,但其作用机制和实行时机尚不明确。通过对其作用机制及实行时机的研究 ,为及时、有效实行PCI提供理论依据。
