| 摘 要： | 血管内皮生长因子及其受体在肿瘤的生长和转移过程中可能是最关键的刺激因子。在胶质瘤血管形成过程中起促进作用，它们的表达与胶质瘤的分级相关,且在抗胶质瘤血管生成治疗中是比较理想的靶位。

| Abstract: | Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor and its receptors may be the pivotal stimulants in the process of growth and metastasis of a neoplasm. They boost the genesis of the blood vessels of brain glioma. Their expression is correlated with the grading of glioma. They are ideal targets in the treatment of inhibiting the growth of the blood vessels of brain glioma. |
