医院数字化建设条件下的为兵服务保障模式研究

目的探讨军队医院在信息化条件下为部队服务新模式，提高卫勤保障水平。方法依托远程医学卫星网、军事综合信息网、3G网等多个系统，集成融合数字化医疗、网络通信、物联网、数据库等多种技术，构建医疗服务保障综合平台。结果构建了院前预防、院中诊疗和院后随访的数字化为兵服务保障模式，为部队官兵提供了网络化、人性化的全程医疗服务。结论数字化建设拓宽了医院为兵服务保障渠道，丰富了服务内容，提高了卫勤保障能力。

Research on Support Mode of Service for the Army Based on Hospital Informatization Construction l

Objective To explore the new pattern of service system for the army in military hospital under the in formatization condition and improve the ability of military medical support. Methods Based on several network systems including Remote Medical Satellite Network, Military Integrated Information Network, and the 3rd Generation Telecom munication Network, a medical service support integrated platform was established by integrating digital medicine, net work communication, internet of things, and database. Results The innovative digital service pattern for the soldiers in cluding prehospital prevention, diagnosis and treatment in hospital and followup after discharge was successfully con strutted, which could provide internetization, humanization and overall process medical service for the soldiers.
