自制胸腔引流袋在严重多发伤失血性休克救护中的应用

目的观察自制胸腔引流袋在严重多发伤失血性休克救护中的应用效果。方法将13只Beagle犬制作成严重多发伤失血性休克模型，随机分为为A组（采用自制专利胸腔引流袋救治，n=7）和B组（采用市售胸腔引流袋救治，n=6），观察两组的救治效果。结果A组各个时间段的红细胞、血小板、肝肾功等方面的救治效果与B组无统计学差异（P〉0．05），但在胸腔引流完成时间、胸腔引流量以及抢救的存活率等方面明显优于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论自制专利胸腔引流袋能缩短抢救时间，提高急救效果，具有良好的推广前景。

Application of Self-made Thoracic Drainage Bag in the Rescue of Patients with Severe Multiple Trauma Hemorrhagic Shock

Objective To observe the effect of sel~f-made thoracic drainage bag in the rescue of patients with severe multiple trauma hemorrhagic shock. Methods A total of 13 Beagle dog models of severe multiple trauma hemorrhagic shock were randomly divided into group A （n = 7, rescued by using self-made thoracic drainage bag）and group B （n = 6, rescued by using traditional thoracic drainage bag）. The treatment effect was observed. Results The treatment effects in red blood cell, platelet, liver function and kidney function were not significantly different between two groups （P〈0. 05）. The thoracic drainage completion time, chest drainage volume and survival rate in group A were better （P〈0. 05）. Con- clusion The self-made thoracic drainage bag can shorten the rescue time, improve the first aid effect and has good pros- pect.
