切开复位重建钢板内固定治疗23例儿童锁骨骨折

目的:探讨重建钢板治疗儿童锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:本院自2006年3月~2013年5月采取切开复位重建钢板内固定治疗儿童锁骨骨折23例,对其临床效果进行分析。结果:23例患儿随访时间24~28个月,平均25.6月。上肢功能恢复良好,根据疗效评定标准:优18例,良3例,可2例,差0例。无感染、钢板松动、断裂、再骨折、肩锁关节骨性关节炎等并发症。复查X线示所有骨折均获得解剖复位,无骨折不愈合及畸形愈合等。结论:重建钢板治疗儿童锁骨骨临床效果良好,有利于早期功能锻炼及肢体功能恢复。

Open reduction and reconstruction plate on the treatment of 23 cases of clavicular fractures in children

objective：To explore the clinical effect of open reduction and reconstruction plate on the treatment of clavicular fractures in children. Methods：From march 2006 to may 2013,23 cases of clavicular fractures in children were treated with open reduction and reconstruction plate. Results：All patients were followed up for a mean of 25.6 months （range from 24 to 28 months）,all of them returned the disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand questionnaire, during the period, no infection, re-fracture ,nonunion and malunion were detected. Conclusions：Open reduc- tion and reconstruction plate is effective for the treatment of clavicular fractures in children.
