摘    要:目的了解2007—2013年新疆维吾尔自治区碘盐监测情况,为进一步消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法根据2007—2013年新疆维吾尔自治区各州(市、区)碘盐监测结果进行分析。结果2007—2013年检测居民户食盐191525份,其中合格碘盐178805份,不合格碘盐8016份,非碘盐8394份;国家碘缺乏病防治“十一五”期间到“十二五”期间非碘盐率从6.81%降至1.27%,碘盐覆盖率从93.19%上升至97.33%,碘盐合格率从90.26%上升至97.33%,合格碘盐食用率从96.86%上升至98.71%,非碘盐率和合格碘盐率,差异均有统计学意义(Х^2=35,Х^2=30,P〈0.01);2013年为新标准正式实施的一年,根据新标准判定,碘盐覆盖率为98.43%,合格碘盐食用率为93.27%,较旧标准有所下降。结论2007年以来,新疆居民食用碘盐合格率和覆盖率均升高,“十二五”期间较“十一五”期间有所提高,但食用合格碘盐、提高居民白行购买碘盐的意识仍需要一个漫长的过程。

Abstract:Objective To investigate surveillance situation of iodized salt in Xinjiang from 2007 to 2013, to provide a scientific basis for further work to eliminate IDD. Methods Results of surveillance of iodized salt in cities, counties and prefectures of Xinjiang from 2007 to 2013 were analyzed. Results From 2007 to 2013, totally 191 525 samples of salt from house- hold were detected. There were 178 805 samples of qualified iodized salt, 8 016 samples of substandard salt, and 8 394 sam- ples of non-iodized salt. During the period of The Eleventh Five-Year to The Twelfth Five-Year of National 1DD Prevention, rate of non-iodized salt decreased from 6.81% to 1.27%, while coverage rate of iodized salt increased from 93.19% to 97.33%, with elevation of qualified rate from 90.26% to 97.33% and intake rate of qualified iodized salt from 96.86% to 98.71%. There were statistical differences in the rate of non-iodized salt and qualified iodized salt (Х^2=35,Х^2=30, P〈0.01). It is the first year for the implementation of new standards in 2013. According to the determination of the new standard, the coverage rate of io- dized salt was 98.43%, and the intake rate of qualified iodized salt was 93.27%. Compared with the former standard, it low- ered to some degrees. Conclusions The qualified rate and coverage rate of iodized salt both elevate since 2007. And it im- proves in the period of The Twelfth Five-Year compared with that in The Eleventh Five-Year. However, there is a long way to go for improving the awareness of taking and buying qualified iodized salt willingly in the residents.
