良性前列腺增生患者TURP术后腺体再次增生的高危因素分析

目的:探讨TURP术后腺体再次增生的高危因素。方法:对行TURP的990例BPH患者临床资料作回顾性分析,32例(3.23%)术后腺体再次增生。结果:BPH患者的发病年龄小,OR=3.568,95%CI(2.620⁹.731)、前列腺前后径大,OR=7.708,95%CI(1.7159.731)、前列腺前后径大,OR=7.708,95%CI(1.715³4.638)、残余尿量,OR=3.850,95%CI(1.50234.638)、残余尿量,OR=3.850,95%CI(1.502⁹.868)是TURP术后腺体再次增生、症状复发的危险因素。结论:泌尿外科临床对BPH患者行TURP时,对发病年龄<60岁、前列腺前后径>4 cm、残余尿量<50 ml的患者应引起高度重视,以防复发。

Analysis of risk factors for corpus glandulae re-proliferation in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral resection of the prostate

Objective：To investigate the higher risk factors for corpus glandulae re-proliferation in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia （ BPH） after transurethral resection of the prostate（ TURP） .Methods：The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 990 patients with BPH undergone TURP in our department between Feb.2008 and Jan.2013.Results：Recurrent glandular proliferation and symptoms occurred in 32 cases（3.23%） with younger age （OR=3.568,95%CI 2.620-9.731）,and the risk factors were associated with larger diameter of anteroposterior corpus glandulae （OR=7.708,95%CI 1.715-34.638） and incidence of residual urine volume （OR=3.850,95%CI 1.502-9.868） in patients after TURP.Conclusion：Clinical atten-tion should be paid to BPH patients younger than 60 years with hyperplastic prostate over 4 cm in diameter and residual urine volume lower than 50 ml to prevent the relapse of hyperplasia after TURP .
