摘    要:目的探讨35℃±0.5℃的轻度低温水平对重症颅脑损伤的治疗效果.方法对22例GCS为8分以下重症颅脑损伤患者在常规治疗基础上实施肛温为35℃±0.5℃轻度低温治疗,并与45例常规治疗组对照观察,观察其预后、血糖水平、并发症情况.结果治疗组良好率36.4%,对照组为26.7%(P<0.01),血糖水平控制优于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生情况两组无明显差异(P>0.05),未发生心律失常、顽固的上消化道出血以及复温时的反跳性高热、休克等不良反应.结论35℃±0.5℃的轻度低温水平对重症颅脑损伤具有良好的治疗效果.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of mild hopythermia in patients(35℃±0.5℃) with severe traumatic brain injury. Method Twent-two patients suffered from severe traumatic brain injury(GCS scores 3-8) were treated with conven-tional therapy and mild hopythermia;meanwhile,forth-five patients suffered from severe traumatic brain injury(GCS scores 3-8) were treated with conventional therapy only. Prognosis?blood sugar and complications were observed. Results Good recovery was 36.4% in hopythermia group,and 26.7% in control group( P <0.01). Hyperglycemia of hopythermia group decreased significantly compared with that of control group( P <0.05). Complications hed no significant difference betwean groups. And arrhythmia?obstinaled upper digestive tract hemorrhage?rebound hyperthermia and shock didit occur. Conclusion Hopythermia(35℃±0.5℃) is effective in preventing brain damage.
