枳椇子脂肪油超临界CO_2流体萃取及GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:超临界CO2流体萃取枳椇子脂肪油并分析其组成成分。方法:采用超临界CO2流体萃取技术提取枳子脂肪油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行分离和鉴定,以压力、温度、时间3因素确定其最佳提取条件。结果:枳椇子脂肪油的最佳提取条件为压力32MP、温度40℃、时间1h。枳子脂肪油含量为8.3%,其中不饱和脂肪酸约占37.6%。结论:超临界CO2流体萃取枳椇子脂肪油具有提取时间短、提取率高等优点,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To extract fatty oil of the seeds of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.and to analyze its compositions.METHODS:The fatty oil was extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid.The content and compositions of the fatty acids were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass(GC-MS),and the extraction conditions were optimized with pressure,temperature,and time-the three factors as indexes.RESULTS:The optimum extraction conditions for fatty oil were as follows:pressure:32MP;temperature:40℃ ;extraction time:1 hour.The oil content of the seeds of Hovenia dulcis Thunb.was 8.3%,in which the unsaturated fatty acids accounted for 37.6%.CONCLUSION:The supercritical fluid extraction method demonstrated many advantages,such as short extraction time and high extraction efficiency etc,and it has provided theoretical basis for the industrial production of fatty oil of the seeds of Hovenia dulcis Thunb..
