| 摘 要： | 目的:分析银屑病皮损组织中的蛋白质表达.方法:对研究蛋白质组学的关键技术二维凝胶电泳(2-DE)过程进行改良.结果:建立了寻常型银屑病皮损和非皮损组织的蛋白质组2-DE方法.结论:本实验为研究影响银屑病的表皮细胞增生差异蛋白质组学奠定了技术基础.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze protein expression in the tissue of psoriasis Methods:We investigated the electrophoresis conditions and the samples added so that the results were improved.Results: The two-dimensional gel electrophoresis for the lesion proteins of psoriasis vulgaris was studied.Conclusion: Our results give a technical support and promote the proteomics researches of the lesion tissues of psoriasis vulgaris. |
