益气养阴基本方对直肠癌放疗后气阴两虚证患者的疗效及其免疫功能的影响

目的观察益气养阴基本方对直肠癌放疗后气阴两虚证患者的治疗作用及对其免疫功能的影响。方法选取2007-06～2009-01月宁夏医科大学附属医院放疗科住院治疗的直肠癌放疗患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组只采用放疗,治疗组放疗期间服用益气养阴基本方,随证加减,疗程为1个月。观察两组患者放疗前、放疗后30 d气阴两虚证证候积分,并在放疗前后各测一次IL-2和TNF-α,观察放疗、益气养阴基本方对两组患者免疫功能的影响。结果两组患者放疗后气阴两虚证侯积分均有升高,与放疗前比较,P<0.05;放疗后对照组气阴两虚证候积分升高较明显,与治疗组比较,P<0.05;两组患者放疗后IL-2和TNF-α都出现降低,而治疗组下降较少(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴基本方可以有效改善直肠癌患者放疗期间出现的气阴两虚证候积分和患者免疫功能,减轻放疗副作用。

Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin Basic Recipe on the"Qi"and"Yin"Deficiency Syndrome and Inmmune Function in Rectum Cancer Patients after Radiotherapy

Objective To observe the Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin Basic recipe on efficacy and immune function in "Qi" and "Yin" deficiency syndrome of the rectum cancer patients after radiotherapy. Methods 68 cases of the rectum cancer hospitalized patients after radiotherapy were collected in radiotherapy section of the affiliated hospital of Ningxia Medical University between June,2007 and January,2009.The cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated only with radiotherapy,while the treatment group was treated with Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin basic recipe between radiotherapy,with the addition and subtraction herbs according to syndrome.The treatment courses lasted 1 month.Then,the "Qi" and "Yin" deficiency syndrome scores were observed before and after radiotherapy for 30 days,IL-2 and TNF-α were measured,and immune function of patients in both groups with radiotherapy and the Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin basic recipe. Results The "Qi" and "Yin" deficiency syndrome scores were increased after radiotherapy in both groups,compared with pre-radiotherapy,(P<0.05);after radiotherapy,the "Qi" and "Yin" deficiency syndrome score were obviously increased in the control group,compared with the treatment group,P<0.05.The IL-2 and TNF-α were decreased after radiotherapy in both groups,and the decrease was less in treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion The Yi-Qi-Yang-Yin basic recipe can improve the "Qi" and "Yin" deficiency syndrome scores and immune function of the rectum cancer patients during radiotherapy,and reduce the radiotherapy adverse effects.
