| 摘 要： | 目的调查乳腺癌患者抑郁的发生率及特点,探讨相应的护理对策。方法采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)对35例乳腺癌术后患者进行测试,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果乳腺癌组和正常对照组HAMD总分的平均值分别为25.80±10.25、5.27±3.45,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌术后患者抑郁的发生率较高,针对性地实施心理护理对提高其生活质量,促进康复具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the incidence and characteristics of depression in breast cancer patients, and discuss the corresponding nursing measures. Methods Using the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) to test 35 cases of breast cancer patients, and compare with normal control group. Results The breast cancer group had an average HAMD total score of 25.80 ± 10.25, and the normal control group had an average HAMD total score of 5.27 ± 3.45, with statistically significant difference (P <0.01) between the two groups. Conclusion As breast cancer patients had higher incidence of depression, targeted psychological nursing has great significance to improve their quality of life and promote rehabilitation. |
