| 摘 要： | 采集15例子宫内膜异位症不孕患者及13例健康生育妇女的腹腔液,分别测定腹腔液、腹腔巨噬细胞培养上清液中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的含量。结果表明:子宫内膜异位症不孕患者TNF含量明显增加。这些变化可能与异位症的发生、发展及异位症不孕的原因有重要的关系。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper, peritoneal fluid was collected from 15 infertile patients with en-dometriosis and 13 normal fertile women. Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) were determined in peritoneal fluid and culture supernatant of peritoneal macrophages. The results showed that the content of TNF was significantly higher in the patients group than in the normal women. The probability is that this alteration are importantly associated with the development and the infertility of endometriosis. |
