某战区2007年新兵精神疾病监测结果分析

目的研究入伍新兵精神疾病的患病率、疾病种类及相关因素。方法应用线索调查、问卷筛选和诊断晤谈相结合的方法,对某战区2006-12入伍集训的×××××名新兵进行调查。结果检出各类精神疾病共××例,总检出率(患病率)为1.59‰。新兵精神疾病以轻度精神发育迟滞(智力低下)最多,共15例(22.06%),其次为精神分裂症14例(20.59%),再次为癔症12例(17.65%)。带病入伍者占73.58%,入伍后新发病者占26.42%。结论征兵体检中增加的心理卫生检测项目受很多主客观因素影响,有一定局限性,不能将精神疾病完全筛查出来;因此开展新兵精神疾病监测,在集训期内把患有精神疾病者作退兵处理,是提高兵员质量的有效补救措施。

An analysis on prevalence of mental illnesses in new soldiers(2007yr)from a troop of Jinan War Region

Objective To discuss the prevalence rate,types and the relative factors of mental illnesses ha new soldiers.Methods 42 879 soldiers recruited in the army in December 2006 were investigated with dues survey, questionnaire screening and diagnostic interview. Results The 68 cases with mental disorders were found in new soldiers.The prevalence rate was 1.59%o, in which the prevalence rate of mild mental retardation was highest and subquently were schizophrenia and hysteria;73.58% of 68 cases had a history of mental disorders before admitted and others were ill after admitted. Conclusions The items of mental health detection added to health examination in recruitting troops can not completely screen all metal disorder because they may be influenced by many subjective and objective factors.To conduct new soldiers mental illnesses inspection is an effective measures to improve the quality of soldiers.
