| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定甲硝唑片的溶出度。方法高效液相色谱法外标法，以C18化学键和硅胶为固定相，以甲醇-水（20：80）为流动相，检测波长320nm，柱温30℃，流速1.0ml/min。结果甲硝唑在线性范围0.05-0.5mg/ml内与峰面积有良好的线性关系（R=0.9999）。结论实验证明此方法简便并能准确测定甲硝唑片的溶出度。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for dissolution of metronidazole tablets. Methods C18 column was used with a mobile phase composed of methanol-water （20：80） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml？min-1 .The detection wavelength was 320 nm and the temperature of the column was 30℃.Results The calibration curve of metronidazole was linear in the range of 0.05-0.5mg？ml-1（R=0.9999）.Conclusion This method is accurate reliable and can be used for the dissolution of metronidazole tablets. |
