放射治疗联合唑来膦酸姑息治疗骨转移癌的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨放射治疗联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌的临床疗效。方法将2011年12月至2013年12月收治的120例骨转移癌患者随机分为放疗联合唑来膦酸组、单纯唑来膦酸组和单纯放疗组,每组40例。放疗联合唑来膦酸组采用唑来膦酸4mg静脉滴注,4周1次,当天即开始放疗,共治疗4次;单纯唑来膦酸组行单纯唑来膦酸治疗;单纯放疗组行单纯放射治疗。对各组患者治疗前后的疼痛分级和症状缓解率进行比较。结果放疗联合唑来膦酸组的止痛总有效率为97.5%,单纯放疗组为75.0%,单纯唑来膦酸组为70.0%,放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌的止痛效果优于单用放疗或单纯用唑来膦酸,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放疗联合唑来膦酸组活动能力总有效率高于单纯放疗组和单纯唑来膦酸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌疗效好,副作用低,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical analysis of treating bone metastasis cancer patients by radiotherapy combined with zoledronie acid. Methods 120 cases of patients from December 2011 to December 2013 confirmed with bone metastasis cancer, 120 cases of patients were randomly divided into three groups, 40 patients in each group. Radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid group was treated by zoledronic acid 4mg, once every four weeks, and combined with radiotherapy. Radiotherapy group was only treated by radiotherapy. Zoledronic acid group was only treated by zoledronic, pain release and activity improving were evaluated. Results For the effect of pain relief, the effective rate of three groups were 97.5% , 75% and 70% respectively. There were significant difference in pain release and activity improving ( P 〈 0. 05 ) between the Radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid group and other two groups. Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid can improve the therapeutic efficacy and with low side effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
