情志护理在乳腺癌围手术期中的应用及效果

目的观察情志护理在乳腺癌围手术期中的应用及效果。方法随机选取2012年6月至2013年10月期间收治的乳腺癌患者136例,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予情志护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组心率、血压、焦虑情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为1.5%,显著低于对照组的27.9%(2=29.4011,P<0.001)。观察组的护理满意度为97.1%,显著高于对照组的69.1%(2=27.7817,P<0.001)。结论围手术期情志护理能有效降低乳腺癌患者心理负担,降低并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度,值得在临床实践中推广。

Observation on the curative effect of 68 cases psychological nursing in breast cancer during perioperative period

Objective To observe the curative effect of psychological nursing in breast cancer during perioperative period. Methods 136 patients with breast cancer hospitalized from June 2012 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group （68 cases respectively） by random number. The control group are treated with routine nursing while the patients added psychological nursing based on the control group. Nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result The heart rate, blood pressure and anxiety of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The complication rate of the observation group was 1.47% which was significantly lower than that of the control group （27.9% , 2 = 29. 4011 ,P =0. 0000）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group （97.1%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （69. 1% ,Z2 = 27. 7817, P=0. 0000）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can effectively reduce the psychological burden of pa- tients with breast cancer during perioperative period, reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
