系统护理干预对胃癌患者术后早期营养支持的影响

摘    要:目的探讨系统护理干预对胃癌患者术后早期营养支持的影响。方法收集2011年1月至2014年1月间接受手术治疗的胃癌患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例。两组患者术后早期均接受营养支持,对照组患者配合常规护理,观察组患者则在对照组的基础上实施系统护理干预,比较两组患者的营养支持效果。结果系统护理干预后,观察组患者的营养指标明显优于对照组,排气时间、拔除引流管时间、拔除导尿管时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均少于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的恶心呕吐、腹胀腹泻、感染及胃肠道出血发生率分别为10.3%、5.1%、5.1%和5.1%,对照组分别为30.8%、25.6%、23.1%和20.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌术后早期营养支持中采用系统护理干预,可有效促进患者胃肠道功能的康复,改善营养状态,提高机体免疫能力,促进患者康复,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the system of early nutri- tional support in postoperative patients with gastric cancer. Methods From 2013 January to 2011 January period, 78 patients with gastric cancer underwent operation treatment of patients, randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 39 cases in each group, two early postoperative received nutritional support, control group with conventional care, the observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of systemic nursing intervention the effect of nutrition support, compared between the two groups. Results The nursing intervention, the observation group nutrition indices were significantly better than the control group, the exhaust time, extraction of drainage tube time, catheter removal time, time to ambulation and length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of controls ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; observation group, nausea and vomiting, abdominal distension and diarrhea, infection and gastrointestinal hemorrhage respectively 10. 3% , 5. 1%, 5.1% , 5. 1%, significantly lower than the control group 30. 8%, 25.6% , 23.1%, 20. 5% ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The application of systematic nursing intervention on postoperative gastric cancer in early application support, can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with gastrointestinal function, improve the nutritional status, improve immunity, promote the recovery of the pa- tients, it is worthy of oopularization and aoolication.
