护理干预对食管癌根治术患者术中相关护理并发症的影响

目的探讨护理干预措施对食管癌根治术患者术中相关护理并发症的影响。方法选取85例2012年8月至2013年7月间择期行食管癌根治术患者,随机分为对照组(42例)和观察组(43例),对照组采用常规手术护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用规范的护理干预措施,术后比较两组患者术中相关护理并发症的发生情况。结果观察组平均手术时间(4.12±1.06)h,对照组平均手术时间(4.51±1.13)h,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者手术切口感染和手术成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但观察组低体温、输液不良事件、术中压疮、眼角膜炎、神经损伤和电刀灼伤等并发症的发生率均明显低于对照组,护理满意度(95.4%)明显高于对照组(54.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预措施能较好地降低食管癌根治术患者术中相关护理并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度。

Influence of complications by nursing intervention on patients with esophageal cancer radical operation

Objective To investigate the influence of complications by nursing intervention measures in esophageal cancer radical operation. Methods Eight-five patients undergoing elective patients with esophageal cancer radical operation from 2012 August to 2013 July were selected and divided into the control group （accepting conventional operative nursing） （42 cases） and the observational group （accepting standard nursing intervention on the basis of the control） （43 cases）. Then intraoperatively related complications were compared. Results The average operation time of the observation group was （4.12 ± 1.06 ） h, the control group （4. 51 ± 1.13） h, and there was no statistical significance between groups （T = 1.19, P 〉 1.19）. The operationg time between the two groups also has no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. But low temperature, infusion leakage, pressure ulcers, eye keratitis, nerve damage and electrotome burn complica- tions of the observation group are significantly lower than control group, and nursing satisfaction （95.6%） is significantly higher than control group （54. 8% ） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention is helpful to reduce the related nursing in patients with esophageal cancer radical surgery complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
