| 摘 要： | 以口服酐泰乐作对照组，观察冬虫夏草治疗失代偿期肝硬化的临床疗效。治疗１个月后，治疗组血清ＡＬＴ，胆红素，白蛋白较对照组明显好转。腹水消退时间较短，症状改善均优于对照组。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the therapeutic effects of CS on decompensated cirrhosis,18 patients in treatment group were treated with CS and 16 patients in control groups were treated with Gantaile fOr 1 month respectively. At the end of treatment,in treatment group, sera ALT, bilirubin fell and albumin rose significantly compare with those in control group(P<0. 05 or 0. 01),and ascites disappear time was shorter and symptoms improved more rapidly. The CS could also convert sera HB sAg to negation.It is suggested that CS can cure cirrhosis effectively and it may be a prospective drug. |
