铜绿假单胞菌眼科分布特征及耐药分析

目的分析铜绿假单胞菌眼科临床分布特征及其耐药性,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供参考。方法收集2005～2009年眼部感染患者所分离的铜绿假单胞菌,对其临床分布及耐药性进行回顾性分析。结果共分离出铜绿假单胞菌124株,其中来自角膜62株（占50.00%）,结膜38株（占30.65%）,玻璃体和房水20株（16.13%）,其他4株（占3.22%）。铜绿假单胞菌对氯霉素、利福平耐药严重,对环丙沙星仍较敏感。结论铜绿假单胞菌是角膜感染较常见的致病菌,其对眼科临床常用抗菌药物的耐药率差异较大,临床应根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物。

Analysis on Ophthalmological Distribution Characteristics and Drug Resistance of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa

Objective To analyze ophthalmological distribution characteristics and drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in order to provide some references for rational usage of antibiotics.Methods Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the patients in our hospital between Jan.2005 and Dec.2009 were collected,and the clinical distribution and resistance regularity to antibiotics were analyzed retrospectively.Results The number of positive cultures was 124（62 from the cornea,50.00%;38 from the conjunctiva,30.65%;20 from the vitreous body and aqueous humor,16.13%;and 4 from other parts of eyes,3.22%）.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was sensitive to ciprofloxacin,but its resistance to chloramphenicol and rifampicin was serious.Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa is the predominant pathogen in infectivity keratitis.The resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to commonly used antibiotics in ophthalmology was different.The usage of antibiotics should be on the basis of drug sensitivity test.
