| 摘 要： | 目的：建立肺癌性胸腔积液与结核性胸腔积液的双向电泳图谱,分析二者蛋白质表达的差异和特点。方法：以固相pH梯度等电聚焦为第一向,垂直板SDS-PAGE为第二向分离胸水蛋白质,银染显色,扫描仪获取凝胶图像并对其进行软件分析。应用基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱（MALDI-TOF-MS）鉴定差异蛋白质。结果：双向电泳结果显示,肺癌性胸腔积液中表达增高2倍的差异蛋白点52个,降低50%的蛋白质点60个。有9个点仅在结核性胸腔积液表达,11个点仅在肺癌胸腔积液中表达,并通过肽指纹图分析成功鉴定了6个蛋白质。结论：肺癌性胸腔积液组与结核性胸腔积液组的双向电泳结果显示蛋白表达图谱有明显差异,这些差异蛋白可能是肺癌相关蛋白或肺癌特异性蛋白标志物。
