摘    要:
目的:观察白芍总苷对Heymann肾炎大鼠肾功能的影响. 方法:给大鼠腹腔注射同种肾脏免疫复合物,复制大鼠主动型Heymann肾炎模型,分为Heymann肾炎模型组、白芍总苷组和地塞米松组,造模同时分别给予相应的药物,观察灌胃给予白芍总苷0.3 g/kg对Heymann肾炎大鼠肾功能的作用.另设正常对照组. 结果:白芍总苷(0.3 g/kg)可以降低肾炎大鼠血清肌酐、尿素氮和尿蛋白,提高血清总蛋白含量. 结论:白芍总苷有对抗Heymann肾炎大鼠的高氮质血症、蛋白尿、低蛋白血症作用.

Abstract:
AIM: To study the effects of total glucosides of paeony (TGP) on active Heymann nephritis (AHN) in rats. METHODS: The rat models of AHN were induced by intra-peritoneal administration of kidney homogenate and Freund's adjuvant. AHN rats were divided into 3 groups: AHN model group, TGP group and dexamethasone group. The control group was only given normal saline solution. Serum urea nitrogen, creatinine, total protein and 24-hour urinary protein were observed. RESULTS: In TGP group, the serum urea nitrogen, creatinine and 24-hour urinary protein significantly decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05) while the serum total protein significantly increased, compared with those in model group. But no significant difference in renal cell histological pathology was observed between TGP- or dexamethasone-treatment group and model group. CONCLUSION: TGP is effective in the treatment of hypernitrogenemia, proteinuria and hypoproteinemia in AHN rats.
