急性痛风性关节炎的规范化治疗

急性痛风性关节炎是由于尿酸盐结晶沉积在关节周围引起的炎性反应。目前秋水仙碱是治疗急性痛风关节炎的有效药物,但传统的治疗方案临床不良反应较重。从痛风性关节炎的致病原因、发病环节着手,遵循国内外治疗指南及个体化原则,提出急性痛风性关节炎的综合治疗理论,即痛风急性发作时合理应用小剂量秋水仙碱、选择性环加氧酶2抑制剂、糖皮质激素,辅以中医中药,关节镜的局部治疗,合理饮食,正确选择其合并症药物以及缓解期的降尿酸等综合治疗,能减少痛风的复发率、致残率及药物不良反应。

Study on the Standardized Treatment for Acute Gouty Arthritis

Acute gouty arthritis is a kind of inflammation caused by deposits of uric acid salt around the joint. At present,there is no radical cure for acute gouty arthritis. Colchicine is one of the effective drugs in treating acute gouty arthritis, but the side effects from traditional treatment are relatively serious. Here is to propose a comprehensive treatment theory for the acute gouty arthritis through analysis on the causes and pathogenic link of the disease according to the domestic and international treatment guidelines and principles of individualization,including rational application of small doses of colchicine, selective application of cyclooxygenase 2 inhibitars and glucocorticoid,adjuvant treatment of Chinese traditional medicine, arthroscopic local treatment, dietary intervention, proper medication for the complications, as well as treatment of reducing uric acid in remission and so on, which can reduce the onset of gout, disability rate and adverse drug reactions.
