| 摘 要： | 目的 了解护理人员的健康商数状况.方法 采用方便取样法选取200名护理人员,用健康商数问卷量表进行问卷调查.结果 收回问卷196份,护理人员健康商数总分为(25.76±4.45)分,不同年龄、护龄、职称的护理人员健康商数比较,差异无统计学意义.结论 护理人员的健康商数偏低,尤为年轻护理人员,需加强培训. |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the situation of health quotient for nurses.Method Select 200 nurses by convenience sampling approach.Investigate them by Health Quotient Questionnaire.Result 196 valid questionnaire are received.The total score of health quotient for nurses is（25.76±4.45）.There is no significant difference on health quotient between nurses with different age,nursing career time and professional title.Conclusion Health quotient for nurses is relatively low.Training should be enhanced especially for young nurses. |
