| 摘 要： | 目的探讨鼻内镜联合上颌窦前壁小切口入路对于非侵袭性上颌窦真菌病的治疗效果。方法对2006年-2009年35例非侵袭性上颌窦真菌病病人,利用鼻内镜联合上颌窦前壁小切口入路的手术方法、手术疗效作回顾性分析。结果35例患者,男15例,女20例,平均年龄37.3岁,最长随访时间均在12个月以上,所有患者术后12个月复查鼻内镜可见上颌窦窦口通畅,窦腔黏膜光滑,症状缓解,均无复发。结论对于非侵袭性上颌窦真菌病,采用鼻内镜联合上颌窦前壁小切口入路,可以完全的清除病灶,术后反应小,有效保存鼻腔鼻窦正常功能,复发率低,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of the treatment of noninvasive maxillary mycosis with combined approach surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of the effect of 35 cases with noninvasive maxillary mycosis by nasal endoscopy combined with modified maxillarysinusotomy. Results There were 35 patients with noninvasive maxillary mycosis included in this study,15 males and 20 females,age from 27 to 52,all patients were cured by nasal endoscopy combined with modified maxillary sinusotomy and no recurrence. Conclusion Combined approach surgery （nasal endoscopy combined with modified maxillary sinusotomy） is effective in treating of noninvasive maxillary mycosis. |
