| 摘 要： | 对94例(102髋)全髋置换术后患进行护理总结，认为术后早期密切观察病情。通过力学方法对患进行周期性充气压力，早期行下肢被动及主动的功能锻炼，对减少下肢深静脉血栓的发生有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Summarizing their experience of nursing 94 patients (102 hips) receiving total hip arthroplasty, the authors put forward that early close observation of their conditions after the arthroplasty, intermittent pneumatic compression, positive and passive functional training in the lower extremeties at forepart were meaningful in the reduction of deep venous thromboembolism in the lower extremities. |
