合肥市区学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖的发生率及其影响因素

目的探讨合肥市学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖的发生率及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,选取合肥市8所幼儿园的1731名中、大班儿童作为研究对象,测量他们的身高、体重,采用问卷调查儿童的饮食行为、家庭情况、家长的营养知识水平等相关影响因素,按照身高标准体重法判定肥胖,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析影响肥胖的因素。结果合肥市学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖的发生率为705%,超重率为1323%,其中吃零食不影响吃正餐、吃饭时不玩、喜欢吃荤食、蛋和肉的摄入量较多、经常吃西餐等与肥胖的发生有关。结论合肥市学龄前儿童单纯性肥胖的发生率较高,应尽快采取相应的干预措施。

Incidence and influencing factors of simple obesity among presohool children in Hefei urbanareas

Objective:To explore the incidence and influencing factors of simple obesity among children aged 3～6 in Hefei urban areas. Methods:With a stratified sampling method, 1 731 preschool children were selected in 8 kindergartens. Their height, weight, dieting behaviors, family income, their parent' nutrition knowledge were investigated. Adopting weight-for-height to judge whether a child was obese. Results:The incidence of simple obesity in preschool children in Hefei urban areas was 7.05 %. Multi-factor analysis indicated that snack food not affecting dinner, not playing when eating, enjoying fatness, eating more meat and eggs, eating more western-style food were risk factors of simple obesity in children.Conclusion: The incidence of simple obesity in preschool children in Hefei urban areas is higher, and measures should be taken to prevent it.
