| 摘 要： | 肱骨近端骨折占全身骨折的5％．近年来已有各种内固定方法治疗肱骨近端骨折的报道^1-3]，但内固定手术后肩关节功能的恢复一直是困扰临床的难题^4]。自2006年1月至2008年2月，作者收治肱骨近端骨折29例，通过观察健侧肩峰与肱骨头的相对位置，指导切开复位内固定手术中锁定加压接骨板（locking proxmial humerus plate fixation．LPHP）置放，避免术后肩峰撞击，获得满意疗效。
