| 摘 要： | 目的:研究子宫动脉栓塞治疗输卵管妊娠的临床特点及治疗效果。材料与方法:采用Seldinger技术,经股动脉穿刺,对23例输卵管妊娠患者行超选择子宫动脉造影。根据造影表现,灌注甲氨蝶呤50—100mg,后用明胶海绵颗粒栓塞子宫动脉。术后连续监测B-HCG值,"B"超测量孕囊大小,以及血检MTX浓度。结果:23例有21例治疗获得成功。2例改为其他治疗方法。结论:子宫动脉灌注加栓塞治疗输卵管妊娠具有安全、简单、疗效好等优点,已被广泛应用。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose：To search for a new,simple,rapid,safe and effiective.Discusses after the caratie uterna.Irrigation emhoism treats the tubal the feasibility and the curatie effection.Materials and Methods：using modified seldinger technige,23cases of tubal pregancy receved.super-selective angiography of uterine artery.followed by perfusion of 50-100mg MTX through the catheter and embolization of uterine artery with gelatin sponge,Afer the procedues,observes the B-ultrasonic and β-HCG change;concentrations of MTX in peripher.Results：21 out of 23cases were cured with successful.Conclusion：it is simple,safe and efficient in performing trans-uterine artery cheno-embolization for therapy of fallopian tubal pregnancy. |
