综合护理在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者中的应用效果

目的探讨综合护理在经皮冠状动脉介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年12月至2019年8月在我院接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的70例冠心病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组选择常规护理,观察组选择综合护理。比较两组的不良情绪评分、治疗依从性、心绞痛发作情况、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总依从率为94.29%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组1个月内的心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,单次心绞痛持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的生理领域、心理领域、环境领域及社会关系领域评分均升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.14%,明显高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可减轻冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗期间的不良情绪,有利于提高其治疗依从性,从而控制心绞痛的发作情况,提高生活质量和护理满意度。

Application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods Seventy patients with coronary heart disease who received percutaneous coronary intervention in our hospital from December 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group chose routine nursing,while the observation group chose comprehensive nursing.The scores of bad mood,treatment compliance,angina attack,the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of angina attack in the observation group within 1 month was less than that in the control group,and the duration of single angina was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physiological,psychological,environmental and social relations fields of the two groups all increased,and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 82.86%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can alleviate the unhealthy emotions of patients with coronary heart disease during percutaneous coronary intervention,improve treatment compliance of patients,thus controlling the angina attack,and improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
