摘    要:
细胞外基质过度沉积是损害肾组织导致慢性肾脏疾病的重要原因。基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是参与细胞外基质降解的重要的蛋白酶系统。大量实验证明多种肾脏疾病的发生、发展与基质金属蛋白酶异常相关,而多种中药单体及中药复方可以从多靶点、多层次来抑制基质金属蛋白酶,从而平衡细胞外基质的作用,治疗慢性肾脏病。对慢性肾脏病发病机制及中药抑制基质金属蛋白酶相关实验进行综述,旨在为临床研究及应用提供理论依据。

Abstract:
The excessive deposition of extracellular matrix is an important cause of chronic kidney disease. Matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) are important protease systems involved in extracellular matrix degradation. A large number of experiments have proved that the occurrence and development of a variety of kidney diseases are related to the abnormality of matrix metalloproteinases, and a variety of monomers and compounds of traditional Chinese medicine can inhibit matrix metalloproteinases from multiple targets and levels, so as to balance the role of extracellular matrix and treat chronic kidney diseases. This paper reviews the pathogenesis of chronic kidney disease and the experiments on the inhibition of matrix metalloproteinase by traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical research and application.
