当归对实验性肝损伤小鼠的抗自由基损伤作用

摘    要:采用当归(20~40g/kg/d,ig×4d)治疗D-氨基半乳糖急性肝损伤小鼠,结果发现小鼠肝损伤明显减轻,血浆、肝匀浆过氧化脂质(LPO)、血浆丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,血清谷丙、谷草转氨酶(ALT、AST)降低。降低程度与用药量呈明显的量效关系。

Abstract:When Radix Angelicae Sinensis (RAS) was used under the dosages 20g-80g/kg ?d-1, ig, for four days, the results showed that RAS inhibited the liver injury induced by D-galac-tosamine, reduced the abnormal increase of lipid peroxide (LPO) in plasma and liver ho-mogenate, reduced the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma and the activity of glutamic pyruvic transaminase and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase in serum. There was obvious dose-effect relationship between the dosages of RAS and the protect effects on experimental liver injury. The results also suggested that the reactions of free radical and LPO played an important role in the forming and developing of liver injury and disease.
