| 摘 要： | 目的建立一种测定桑枝中多糖含量的方法。方法采用水提醇沉法对桑枝中的多糖进行提取,用Sevag法等进行纯化,蒽酮-浓硫酸法测定多糖的含量。结果回归方程:A=0.02494C 0.0571,r=0.9995,线性范围为0.08~0.4μg.L-1。桑枝多糖的含量为18.74%(RSD=2.1%),平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.4%。结论该法简便、快速、重现性好,为桑枝的质量控制提供了方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a kind of determining method of contents of polysaccharides in Mulberry Twig.Methods The polysaccharide in Mulberry Twig was extracted with water and ethanol precipitation.Anthrone-sulfonic acid was applied to analysis of the contents of polysaccharides.Results The content of polysaccharides in Mulberry Twig was 18.74 mg/g,average recovery was 98.6%,RSD=1.4%.Conclusion The results showed that this method is simple,specific and accurate.It provides a method for mass control of Mulberry Twig. |
