| 摘 要： | AIDS进展期合并的肺部感染中42％为卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎（PCP），PCP依据临床表现、胸部X线征象及痰涂片找到卡氏肺孢子菌或经聚合酶链反应（PCR）阳性而确诊，SMZ—TMP是治疗和预防的首选。本文以一例进行性呼吸困难为首发症状的AIDS合并卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎患者为例探讨AIDS合并PCP感染患者的诊治。

| Abstract: | About 42% of complicated pulmonary infection in acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)is pneumocystis Carinii pneumonia(PCP).The diagnosis of PCP is established by clinical features,chest radiography and positive Giemsa stain sputum smear or positive polymerase chain reaction(PCR).SMZ/TMP was the first choice in treatment and prophylaxis.In this article,the diagnosis and treatment is discussed on AIDS complicated by pneumocystis Carinii pneumonia,taking a patient with progressive dyspnea as the first symptom as an example. |
