重庆地区儿童支气管哮喘的调查研究

本文调查重庆地区城、乡和部分工厂共143922人口作支气管哮喘流行病学调查，共检出哮喘1856名，患病率为1.29％，其中小儿487例，成人1369例，患病率分别1.64％和1.20％。在儿童哮喘患者分析中，城市、工厂的患病率高于乡村；男孩高于女孩；学龄前儿童患病率高；内源型哮喘占59.96％。半数以上有过敏性疾病，1/3有家族遗传史。我们对150例哮喘病人和150例健康儿童进行12种吸入过敏原皮肤试验，其皮试阳性率分别为48.66％和19.33％，阳性率以尘螨为高，但仍低于其他地区。本文还对患病率与检出方法、患病率与气候、环境因素及其防治作了讨论。

AN INVESTIGATION STUDY OF CHILDREN WITHBRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN CHONGQING AREA

143922 Population in city Countryside and part of factories in chongqing were investiga-red for epidemiology of bronchial asthma, 1856 cases of bronchial asthma were detected the overall prevalence rate of asthma was 1.29%. Childern accounted far 48T, adult 136, 1.64% and 1.2% respectively. Among children asthma were analysed, The prevalence rate of asthma in city and factorries was higher than that in countryside; the prevelence rate in boys was higher than girls; the prevalence rate in preschool age was the highest. In these cases intrinsic asthma accounted for 59.96%. More than half of the children cases had the history of other kinds of allergic diseases, about one third with hereditary family history. The skin test with 12 kinds of inhalant allergens were carried out in 150 asthmatic children and 150 healthy controls, positive rate of skin test were 48.66% and 19.33% respectively. The positive skin test to dust mite was the Lightest, but still lower than otherarea. The method of survery inestigation, the relationship between the morbidity and weather, enviranment factors, the prevention and treatment were discussed.
