带状疱疹神经痛给予鼠神经生长因子治疗效果观察

目的：探讨带状疱疹神经痛给予鼠神经生长因子治疗临床效果。方法：选取2014年2月～2015年10月我院收治的带状疱疹神经痛患者94例为研究对象，采用随机分组法将患者分为研究组和对照组，两组分别在常规治疗基础上给予鼠神经生长因子和腺苷钴胺，比较两组治疗3d、6d、9d疼痛情况、疼痛减轻时间、疼痛消失时间、治疗时间及疗效、不良反应发生率。结果：研究组治疗3d、6d、9d疼痛评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组疼痛减轻时间、疼痛消失时间、治疗时间均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组治疗总有效率（97.87%）显著高于对照组（85.11%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组肝功异常、肾功异常、注射部位疼痛、注射部位皮疹不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：带状疱疹神经痛采用鼠神经生长因子治疗可显著缓解患者疼痛、缩短治疗时间，具有较高临床疗效和用药安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of herpetic neuralgia were treated with mouse nerve growth factor Clinical. Method:Select 94 cases of herpes zoster neuralgia were enrolled in February 2014 ~October 2015 in our hospital,randomly divide them to study group and control group,two groups of patients were treated with mouse nerve growth factor and adenosine cobalamin in the conventional therapy, compare the two groups of patients in treatment 3d, 6d, 9d pain, the pain relief time, the pain disappeared time, duration of treatment and the efficacy, incidence of adverse reactions. Result:Patients 3d, 6d, 9d study group pain scores were lower than the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05). Patients with pain relief time, the pain disappeared time, time to study the treatment group were lower than the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05). Patients total effective rate (97.87%) was significantly higher in the study group (85.11%), was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of patients with abnormal liver function, renal abnormalities, injection pain, injection part rash incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:Herpetic neuralgia were treated with mouse nerve growth factor therapy can significantly relieve pain in patients, shorten treatment time, has high efficacy and drug safety.
