| 摘 要： | 目的确定4种方法检测健康人尿沉渣的参考值范围。方法用UF-100全自动尿液分析仪,MIDITRON干化学尿液分析仪,随机检测400份健康人不离心尿液标本,继之以标准化方法将尿液离心,在用FastRead-10尿沉渣定量板和牛鲍计数盘对尿沉渣进行定量分析。结果(1)尿红细胞:各年龄组测定值经F检验P>0.05,差异无显著意义;但男女性别之间差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。UF-100分析仪:男性是0~10/ul,女性是0-24/ul;FastRead-10尿沉渣定量板:男性为0-4/ul,女性为0-9/ul;牛鲍计数盘:男性为0-4/ul,女性为0-9/ul。(2)尿白细胞:各年龄组之间经F检验P>0.05,差异无显著意义;但男女性别之间差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。UF-100分析仪:男性为0~10/ul,女性为0-26/ul;FastRead-10尿沉渣定量板:男性为0~5/ul,女性为0-12/ul;牛鲍计数盘:男性为0-5/ul,女性为0-12/ul。干化学尿液分析仪由于受影响因素多,且是半定量结果,只能起过筛作用。结论尿红细胞、白细胞与年龄无关;但与性别有关。该健康人参考值的确立,为尿液检验标准化推... |
