2006年湖北省血吸虫病疫情监测结果分析

目的分析湖北省2006年国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点监测结果,为制定血吸虫病防治对策提供科学依据。方法根据《全国血吸虫病监测方案》,在湖北16个国家级监测点开展监测工作,统计与分析各项指标。结果16个监测点居民感染率为1.91%,耕牛感染率为12.06%,活螺平均密度为0.67只/0.11m2,感染螺平均密度为0.0011只/0.11m2,钉螺感染率为0.17%。结论2006年监测点的人群感染率和螺情指标均比上年有所下降,但耕牛感染状况依然严重,是湖北省血防工作的重点和难点。

The analysis on endemic situation of schistosomiasis in the national surveillance

Objective To analyze the endemic situation of schistosomiasis in the national surveillance sites in Hubei province in 2006, and provide the scientific basis for making out the control program. Methods The practical work was carried out in 16 national surveillance sites in Hubei province according to the national surveillance protocol. Data statistics and analysis were processed by SPSS12.0. Results In 16 surveillance sites, the infection rate of residents was 1.91%, the infection rate of cattle was 12.06%, the density of snail was 0.67/0.11m2, the density of positive snail was 0.0011/0.11m2 and the infection rate of snail was 0.17%. Conclusion The infection rate of residents was low, but the infection rate of cattle was high, more attention should be paid for the control of cattle. Snail indices obviously descended than that of 2005, but snail control should not be ignored.
