社区健康教育对代谢综合征的干预

目的探讨社区健康教育对代谢综合征干预的效果。方法对72例代谢综合征的患者实施为期1年的社区健康教育。采用社区集中讲课,社区图片展示,科学合理的饮食运动指导等,并将社区健康教育前后的结果进行比较分析。结果本组病例健康教育后,体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、三酯酰甘油(TG)、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)都有明显下降(P0.01),患者健康意识明显增强。结论社区健康教育对代谢综合征有明显的预防和治疗作用,具有可行性,但要得到社会重视和社区基层组织的配合。

Effect of community health education on patients with metabolic syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of community health education on patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods Community health education was implemented to 72 patients with metabolic syndrome for one year by giving lectures,displaying pictures,and scientific and reasonable diet guidance in the community.The results were compared before and after community health education.Results After community health education,the patients＇ body mass index,fasting blood glucose,triglyceride,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure had obviously decreased（P〈0.01）,and their health awareness had significantly increased.Conclusion Community health education has apparent effect on prevention and treatment for patients with metabolic syndrome,and it needs enough social attention and community＇s coordination.
