沟通理论模式在危重患者抢救中的应用

目的：探讨有效的沟通模式在危重患者抢救中的应用。方法：将心内科80例危重抢救患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。实验组运用沟通理论模式实施语言性和非语言性交流,对照组实施传统护理方法。将两组患者3,5,10d内由抢救室转入普通病房的转出率和护理服务满意度进行比较。结果：实验组的转出率和转出抢救室时对护理服务满意度较对照组显著升高（P〈0.05）。结论：有效的沟通,及时了解患者的心理需求和病情变化,可以促进危重患者的康复,增强了患者对护士的信任感和依赖感,进一步促进了护患关系,提高了整体护理质量。
