上千名女工生殖健康情况分析

目的 为探讨妇女病普查的工作质量和妇女病的防治工作重点提供可靠依据。方法 对本地区上千名铁路女职工1995—2001年每间隔1年的妇女病普查情况进行了流行病学分析,经统计学处理。结果 总发病率缓慢上升,但2001年明显增高;宫颈糜烂的患病率一直居首位;生殖系统炎症减少,子宫肌瘤、附件囊肿增多(P<0.01);宫颈癌的发病率有回升。结论 坚持做好普查工作是妇女病早发现、早诊断、早治疗的基础。同时要保证普查质量,适时使用必要的仪器。

On Reproductive Health Conditions of Several Thousands of Women Workers Analysis

OBJECTIVE To explore the quality and stress in general survey conditions of gynecological disorder provide dependable base. METHOD On general survey conditions of thousands of woman workers in 1995-2001 at a year interval on the same area are carried on epidemical analysis and statistical process. RESULTS The total incidence is slowly increased,but it is obviously increased in 2001 .The incidence of cervical erosion has been always in the first place. The inflammation have induced. The incidence of the cyst of the ovary and fibroid of the uterus is raising.The incidence of cervical cancer has slightly back up. CONCLUTION To persist in the general survey conditions of gynecological disease is based on the discovery, diagnosis and treatment early gynecological disease. At the same time, it is necessary that the quality of the general survey condition are ensured and the instruments are used in time.
