慢性肝炎患者血清纤维化诊断指标与脾脏超声改变的临床观察

目的 探讨血清肝纤维化指标与脾静脉超声联合检查在肝纤维化诊断中的价值。方法 选择89例慢性肝炎患者进行血清肝纤维化标志物检测及脾大小及脾静脉内径、脾静脉血流的超声检查，并与30例健康人做比较，分析各指标的变化特点，并进行相关性分析。结果 慢性肝炎组各项指标均显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。各项指标与肝纤维化程度呈正相关。结论 联合检测血清肝纤维化指标及脾超声对肝纤维化具有很好的诊断价值。

Clinical Observation of Serum Fibrosis Markers and Spleen Ultrasound Changes among Chronic Hepatitis Patients

[Objective] To explore the value of diagnosing liver fibrosis with serum fibrosis markers combined with spleen ultrasound changes.[Methods] Ultrasound examination was carried out on 89 chronic hepatitis patients to detect their serum fibrosis markers,the length and thickness of spleen and blood flow velocity of splenic vein;30 healthy people were taken as the control;comparison and analysis was made between the two groups on the changes of all indexes.[Results] All indexes in the hepatitis group were significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.01);all markers had positive correlation with the degree of liver fibrosis.[Conclusion] Serum fibrosis markers combined with ultrasound assessment is proved to have good diagnostic value.
